WNYCFO asks that all football coaches rate the football officials once a year.
To enter the site you will need the login name and password which has been sent to you through email.

The ratings will be available November 12, 2024 until midnight November 30, 2024.

Privacy: Collection of information gathered through this process is minimal:

• The site verifies your log in credentials then the rating form is displayed.
• Please review each official and rate them as best as possible. If you don't know the official, please use the choice, NR. That choice has no effect on the official's rating.
• More instructions about how to use the rating scale is provided on the form page.
• Please review your form before submitting it. Once submitted, ratings for each official is then saved. You cannot log back in or change any ratings you had entered.
• If you exit the system before you submit your ratings, they will not be saved. You may enter the area again to complete the form.
• Once submitted, each rating for each member is then saved. You can not login back in or change any ratings you had entered at this point
• The web site will acknowledge that you have completed the form
• The rating system does not distinguish who rated which offical in any manner.
